Quaker Meeting House

The Meeting House is available for hire by groups of up to 60. 

The main Meeting Room is a tranquil space with movable chairs and benches. It has been used successfully for meetings, yoga, and small scale theatrical performances. The gallery overlooks this room and can be used for lighting performances, or as a small break out space. A hearing loop is in this room, for the benefit of hearing aid users

The kitchen / library is a useful room, light and airy, with the flexibility to become a meeting room, a kitchen or a work space. This has been used as a sewing workshop, a painting room  or as an informal meeting room. It can be used for food preparation and eating, as there are suitable chairs and tables, and a fully fitted kitchen. There is enough crockery and cutlery for about 50 people.

The ground floor is entirely accessible, with no steps at all. The garden is open to the public, and makes a pleasant extra space for groups to use informally.

There are two toilets, both accessible, one of which is large with hand rails.
